This remote opportunity requires you to enhance existing software platforms and ensure efficiency through innovative tools and practices. In addition to developing applications, you will mentor your team, support system reliability, and document processes for internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, test, and publish internal application solutions

• Collaborate with peers through reviews and coding sessions

• Provide mentorship to junior team members

• Document testing plans and runbooks for usability

• Engage in a 24x7 on-call support rotation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience

• Expertise in Typescript, Python, Go, or Terraform

• Experience with AWS and infrastructure management

• Capability to work asynchronously using collaboration tools

• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and practices
