In this individual-contributor role at Wand, you will own key parts of the Windows native stack and collaborate with engineering teams for impactful game features. Your work will drive architecture decisions for stability and scalability, ensuring a seamless gaming experience for over 40 million players. The position involves systems design and mentoring mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own substantial parts of native infrastructure

• Make critical architectural decisions with long-term impact

• Design SDK and plugin interfaces for internal developers

• Collaborate with application teams to streamline shipping processes

• Produce documentation and examples for the engineering team

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional C++ experience

• Deep knowledge of Windows native APIs and debugging tools
