Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Rhapsody Integration Engine environments

• Track system performance and monitor alerts

• Troubleshoot HL7, API, and Java-based integrations

• Assist in root cause analysis for production incidents

• Maintain documentation and operational runbooks

Requirements:

• Over 6 years of healthcare integration support experience

• Strong practical experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine

• Robust Java development knowledge

• Extensive HL7 v2.x knowledge required

• Familiarity with Service Now/Jira ticketing systems
