Main Responsibilities   Continue the development and improvement of a Python-based aeronautical data model;
Apply solid object-oriented programming (OOP) principles to design scalable and maintainable software;
Manage structured data using formats such as JSON, YAML, and HDF5;
Clearly document code, data structures, and workflows to facilitate future maintenance;
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure effective integration of the model with existing tools;
Develop tools and ensure their compatibility with Windows and Linux;
Contribute to the evolution of internal standards and practices in data modeling and software development.
Qualifications   You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or software engineering. A higher level of education would be an asset;
You have knowledge of load analysis, which would be an asset;
You have proven expertise in Python programming, with a strong command of object-oriented programming;
You have solid experience with structured data formats: JSON, YAML, and HDF5;
You are familiar with good practices in data modeling, serialization, and version management;
You are able to work autonomously and communicate effectively with technical teams;
You have experience with Git or other version control systems;
You have programming experience with Matlab, Fortran, or C/C++;
You have good organizational skills to plan work activities and complete tasks within budget and deadlines, and you can work under pressure;
You have good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English.
