The Head of Rugby will coordinate robust playing experiences across seven teams and develop a comprehensive Rugby Strategic Plan. Partnering with the Director of Athletics, you will focus on athlete growth and engagement within the community while planning the 2028 Centenary celebrations. The role emphasizes the value of collaboration in building a unified rugby environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of a long-term Rugby Strategic Plan

• Mentor coaching staff and enhance technical skills

• Oversee fixtures, tours, and player development pathways

• Foster relationships with parents and alumni

• Direct summer rugby camps and budget oversight

Requirements:

• 5+ years of coaching experience and NCCP certification

• Proven track record in program design and player development

• Strong communication with the ability to build relationships

• Leadership and organizational skills in operations

• Commitment to athlete mentorship through sport
