We’re looking for one highly motivated coach who wants more than a few training hours — someone who wants to build a career in personal training.
At Body By Choice Training, you won’t be left on your own to figure things out. You’ll learn within an established training system, receive hands‑on mentorship and continuing education, and work alongside an experienced team that takes coaching and client results seriously.
Who were looking for:- Youre hungry for opportunity. Early mornings and some evenings are part of the profession. When sessions, evaluations, learning opportunities, or opportunities to help the team come your way, we expect you to step up.
- You want to master your craft. We dont expect you to know everything on Day 1. We do expect you to be coachable, curious, and committed to becoming an exceptional trainer.
- You genuinely care about people. Our clients trust us with their health, goals, and quality of life. Great coaching requires exercise knowledge, but also communication, maturity, consistency, and relationship-building.
- Youre professional and dependable. Preparation, follow‑through, communication, and a positive attitude are non‑negotiable.
- You want a career, not just a job. We provide the mentorship, systems, clients, education, and opportunities. You bring the work ethic, energy, and desire to grow.
