Location: Lambton ShoresVoyago is hiring a CASUAL Driver for the Huron Shores Inter-Community Shuttle!
As a Huron Shores Shuttle Driver, you will provide safe and reliable inter-community transit service throughout the Huron Shores region. The route begins in Grand Bend and travels to London, with scheduled stops in several communities along the way.
Drivers play an important role in ensuring passengers have a positive travel experience, whether they are commuting for work, school, appointments, or shopping. In addition to operating the bus safely and on schedule, you will provide friendly customer service, assist passengers as needed, and help ensure smooth connections to various communities.
Your Role
Safely transport passengers along the assigned routeComplete basic vehicle inspections at the start of each shift to ensure the bus is in safe working conditionMaintain a professional and customer-focused approach, assisting passengers as neededHave flexible availability to work evenings and weekendsMust be able to work Saturday and Sundays, evenings, holidays, and call-ins as needed.Requirements
Your Profile
You are a safe driver with a clean driving record and a strong commitment to safetyYou can provide a clean criminal record check and/or vulnerable sector screeningYou hold a valid commercial driver’s licence (F, B, or C class applicants are preferred)You demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional demeanorYou are comfortable driving in all types of weather and road conditionsYou are familiar with Sarnia, Grand Bend, and the surrounding areasYou have intermediate (B1) to advanced (C2) English language skillsYou are physically capable of bending, twisting, pushing and pulling wheelchairsWork Location
