Work with Ledcor Highways Ltd. to maintain Alberta’s roads as a Highway Maintenance Operator. This year-round opportunity focuses on operating heavy equipment and performing vital maintenance duties.

Ledcor Highways Ltd. seeks enthusiastic individuals with Class 1, 2, or 3 licenses for highway maintenance positions. Operators will handle snowplow trucks and perform essential tasks such as pothole remediation and crack sealing. Candidates should be ready for outdoor work in all weather and have a commitment to safety and community service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate snowplow trucks and other heavy machinery

• Maintain province-wide highways year-round

• Assist with cracks sealing and road repairs

• Work outdoors under various weather conditions

• Uphold Ledcor's safety values and community involvement

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement

• Clear pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

• Maintain valid 3-year driver’s abstract

• Must lift and perform physically demanding tasks

• Previous experience with heavy equipment operation is beneficial
