Courier Driver

Position: Courier Driver at FedEx Canada
Location: Quinte Shores, East Northumberland County & Prince Edward County (Picton)

Fed Ex Canada seeks a Courier Driver for efficient package delivery on a designated route. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills and a valid driver’s license.

This position is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction through timely pick-ups and deliveries. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and experience in customer-oriented roles. You will be responsible for checking shipments and providing related customer service functions while adhering to Federal Express Canada standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of packages

• Check shipments for compliance with service standards

• Provide exemplary customer service at all times

• Lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs

• Maintain punctuality and flexibility in scheduling

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver’s license with a good record

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

• One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred

• Knowledge of Fed Ex operations and Canadian Customs a plus
