Part-Time Spare Bus Driver Positions

Location: Western Alberta (Jasper)

Join our team as a Part-Time Spare Bus Driver, safely transporting students across Edson, Lobstick, Grande Cache, and Hinton Zones. Immediate openings are available for trained drivers, with supportive training options provided monthly.

We are currently seeking Spare School Bus Drivers to serve as replacements for Permanent Full-Time Drivers. This flexible role allows you to operate on a daily basis while enjoying summers, weekends, and holidays off. Candidates will also have the chance to bring their preschool children to work, making it an ideal opportunity for parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school

• Fill in for Permanent Full-Time Bus Drivers

• Operate within assigned geographical areas

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

• Maintain positive relationships with students and parents

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license

• Ability to meet physical job requirements

• Successfully pass a functional assessment

• Complete Vulnerable Sector Check

• Undergo Intervention Record Check
