Position: Courier with Customer Focus at FedEx
Location: Western Manitoba (Swan River)

Provide exceptional delivery service as a Courier with Fed Ex Canada, focusing on efficient pick-up and customer interaction on your specified route. This position requires strong communication and time-management skills.

You will be tasked with ensuring timely and courteous delivery of packages while adhering to Fed Ex standards. A valid driver’s license and the ability to handle heavy packages are essential. A background in customer service is preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up packages on designated routes

• Ensure adherence to Fed Ex Canada service features

• Perform customer service interactions effectively

• Stay organized and manage time well during deliveries

• Work flexible schedules based on operational needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver 150 lbs

• Customer service experience of one year preferred

• Bilingual in French and English if residing in Quebec
