Position: Aspire Transportation Supervisor Needed
Location: Central Foothills (Sundre)

Become a Transportation Supervisor at Aspire in Red Deer, AB, focused on providing safe transit for children of all abilities. You'll manage staff, schedules, and compliance throughout operations.

In the role of EASE Principal, you'll supervise transportation staff, coordinate transit schedules, and maintain safety practices in line with legislative requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring proper training and organization, facilitating a seamless transportation experience for riders and drivers alike while overseeing compliance with Alberta’s regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and training for transportation staff

• Develop schedules with parents and program staff

• Ensure bus maintenance and safety checks are performed

• Maintain transportation policies and legislative compliance

• Update and distribute transport manuals annually

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 driver’s license with S endorsement

• Experience with children of varying abilities

• Strong communication and administration skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

• Ability to manage logistical operations

Lead effective transportation strategies for Aspire and support the diverse needs of children.
