Position: Truck Driver - NovaXpress Courier Services (Dartmouth)
Location: Hants County (Shubenacadie)

We are expanding our team and seeking experienced, professional, and safety‑conscious Tractor‑Trailer Drivers to join our Moncton, NB location.

Job Responsibilities   Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions using computer equipment, GPS, or other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
Address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide professional customer service.
Drive as part of a two‑person team or convoy.
Load and unload goods and operate straight or articulated trucks to transport materials.
Oversee vehicle condition, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment.
Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption.
Use tarps and implement safety measures to secure cargo.
Transport and handle dangerous goods.

Job Requirements   1 year to less than 2 years of verifiable tractor‑trailer driving experience.
Familiarity with cross‑border, long‑haul, and city work.
Physically present in Moncton for the hiring process (road test and in‑person interview).
Willing to undergo background checks, drug testing, and other necessary screenings.
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
High school graduation certificate.
Valid driver’s license:
Class 1 or Class

A.
Credentials: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, Driver’s License (Class 1 or

A).
Compensation and Benefits  Annual salary range: $75,000.00 – $ per year.
Mileage: $0.50 – $0.58 per mile (based on experience).
