Looking for a fast‑paced, active summer job that keeps you moving and puts cash in your pocket. Join our crew as a Truck Helper and become part of a hardworking team that helps keep communities clean and running smoothly!

THE JOB
In this role, you’ll work side‑by‑side with a driver supporting residential and commercial garbage and recycling collection routes. You’ll ride along on side‑load and rear‑load trucks, collecting waste and recyclables while making sure materials are safely transported and properly disposed of at designated sites.

This is a physically active, outdoor position perfect for people who enjoy hands‑on work and staying on the move. You’ll be lifting, pushing, and pulling containers weighing between 50 to 75 pounds throughout the shift while working in all weather conditions. Clear communication and teamwork are essential, and safety always comes first — you’ll receive training on proper procedures and required hand signals before hitting the road.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, candidates must be capable of performing physically demanding work, including repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of containers weighing between 50 and 75 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and must be able to maintain clear and consistent communication with the driver throughout the route. A strong commitment to safety is essential, including the ability to learn and properly use required hand signals.

Successful candidates will also demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
