Location: Central Yukon (Dawson City)

Elevate the training standards at Standard Bus Contracting as a Driver Trainer, focusing on both new and existing school bus drivers. Your commitment to safety and continuous improvement will drive impactful training sessions and compliance excellence.

This dynamic role combines training new recruits and ensuring ongoing education for current drivers. With a weekday schedule dedicated to training, you'll also be expected to cover bus routes when necessary, blending classroom and on-road experience seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Class 2 bus training sessions

• Continuously educate current drivers on safety practices

• Prepare and submit training documents and reports

• Uphold safety compliance with all regulations

• Manage and accurately document training progress

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or 2 driver's license with air brake endorsement

• Minimum of three years commercial driving experience

• Clear driving abstract and criminal record

• Familiarity with school bus operations and safety regulations

• Strong communication skills with high professionalism
