Dispatcher Peace River

Ruel Concrete Ltd, is seeking a qualified and experienced dispatcher for our Peace River, AB office.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, industry expertise and have an enthusiastic approach.

• Ensure accurate, effective, and responsible planning and coordination of gravel trucks, asphalt coordination, equipment moves, pick‑ups and deliveries, and equipment maintenance.
• Accurately and rapidly resolve issues to mitigate delays.
• Ensure all equipment is used effectively and report to management.
• Build and maintain respectful and productive relationships with drivers, customers, and field operations.
• Accurate and productive entry and billing of field tickets/scale tickets using Jobutrax.

• Solid command of English written and oral communication skills.
• Time management.
• Analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of local geography.
• Ability to provide after hours and weekend support.

Shift schedule to be determined.

Annual wage range: $120,000 – $150,000 (experience depending).

Permanent, Full time.

Peace River, AB. Ability to commute or relocate before starting work (required).

Dispatching: 1 year (preferred).
