Ryder is seeking skilled drivers for a position offering both local and regional routes. Candidates will operate a straight tanker/sleeper cab, connecting hoses and pressurizing trailers. You must have HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements at the interview, plus manual transmission experience, allowing for a seamless start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a manual transmission tanker truck safely

• Deliver freight to various states including OH and MI

• Connect hoses and pressurize trailers with assistance

• Follow a Monday-Friday schedule with early start times

• Complete required training on equipment and safety

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with 9 months of experience

• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements required at interview

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must pass drug and background checks

• Must have a valid passport or enhanced license
