Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily work planning and scheduling for crews

• Conduct inspections to uphold transport standards

• Coordinate track repairs and maintenance tasks

• Communicate safety policies effectively to crew members

• Supervise equipment use during maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Experience in railway maintenance or MOW operations

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and track standards

• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred

• Valid G-class driver’s license

• Ability to work in various outdoor conditions
