Qwest Helicopters offers a full-time pilot position ideal for those willing to relocate to beautiful Northeastern BC. Your responsibilities will include strict adherence to aviation regulations, conducting thorough weather checks, and overseeing cargo operations. Join our dedicated team and contribute to our flight services with expertise and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct flights under strict regulatory adherence
• Monitor and assess weather conditions and NOTAMs
• Calculate fuel, oil, weight, and aircraft balance
• Complete thorough pre-flight aircraft inspections
• Provide safety briefings for all passengers transported
Requirements:
• Valid Canadian CPL (H) or ATPL (H) certification
• At least 1500hrs PIC rotary flight experience
• BC approved Mountain Course certification required
• Firefighting experience is mandatory
• Type endorsements on AS350 and Bell 206 considered an asset
