What you’ll do:

Riverbend Co-op is recruiting for a Class 1A Driver to join our Ag Solutions team. This role serves Ag locations across Outlook, Hanley, Kenaston, Davidson, Simpson, Young, and Lucky Lake. Candidates are welcome to apply from any of these communities, as the truck can be based out of the successful candidate's home location.

As an Ag Solutions Driver, you’ll help keep our Ag operations moving by safely transporting products, supporting daily operations, and providing dependable service to our customers.

Picking up and delivering ag solution products safely and efficiently

Operating delivery units and completing daily safety checks

Loading and unloading products while following proper procedures

Supporting yard, warehouse, and inventory operations

Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery documentation

Providing a high level of customer service on every interaction

Assisting with yard upkeep, equipment maintenance, and seasonal duties

Following all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

This is a hands-on role where safety, reliability, and teamwork are important every day.

What you’ll need:

Valid Class 1A Driver’s License

Clean Driver’s Abstract

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor repairs

Strong communication and customer service skills

Commitment to working safely in a safety-sensitive environment

Ability to work independently and take initiative

WHMIS and TDG training will be provided, along with any required certifications.
