Vision Transportation Logistics Coordinator

Location: Quinte Shores, East Northumberland County & Prince Edward County (Picton)

Join the Vision Transportation team as a full-time Logistics Coordinator, committed to exceptional customer service. This role focuses on accurate scheduling and effective communication for logistics operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries and scheduling efficiently to meet prescribed timelines. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all documentation and systems are accurate and up-to-date. Enjoy your work week from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor email inquiries and respond within 15 minutes

• Schedule orders and confirm pickup/delivery logistics

• Maintain updated customer records in Truck Mate

• Collaborate with other teams for efficient problem resolution

• Document assessorial charges and communicate as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in an office setting

• 2-3 years in a customer service position

• Proficient in Google Suite and Truck Mate (TMW)

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
