Lead Courier at FedEx

Location: Timiskaming North (Iroquois Falls A)

Drive operational excellence as a Lead Courier with Fed Ex. Oversee daily sort and delivery activities while modeling best practices in leadership and communication.

This temporary position invites candidates with a minimum of one year of courier experience. In this role, you will mentor hourly employees while maintaining effective operations. Your technical skills will aid in ensuring compliance with safety standards and Fed Ex protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sorting, delivery, and pickup activities

• Mentor and train employees in best practices

• Ensure compliance with Fed Ex operational standards

• Prioritize and delegate tasks in a time-sensitive environment

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum one year of courier experience

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver 150 lbs

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Knowledge of Fed Ex operations and Canadian Customs preferred
