Southwind is expanding in Victoria and looking for reliable individuals to join our Langford team. As a Truck Team Member, you will engage in removing unwanted items while ensuring responsible disposal.

This role offers competitive pay of up to $30/hr, including tips and profit-sharing, while also allowing for flexible schedules and compressed workweeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Start daily shifts at Langford office with team members

• Drive branded trucks to serve customers in Greater Victoria

• Remove unwanted items from homes and businesses

• Lift and load items weighing up to 50 lbs

• Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? professionally

Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years old

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean record

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Physically fit for lifting responsibilities

• Customer service or general labor experience is a plus
