Drive efficient bunker operations as a Senior Operations Executive focusing on marine fuels. Oversee daily schedules and ensure compliance in a fast-paced maritime environment.

This role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on planning and monitoring marine fuel delivery. You will coordinate activities among customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies while ensuring safety and efficiency. Experience in bunker operations is crucial for developing and managing schedules, monitoring vessel movements, and handling documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate bunker delivery schedules

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and authorities

• Monitor vessel movements and delivery progress

• Ensure compliance with maritime safety and regulations

• Prepare operational and performance reports

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field

• 5–8 years of bunker operations experience

• Strong knowledge of marine logistics and regulations

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in operational support systems
