. Reporting directly to the Director of Maintenance (PRM) and the QA Manager, you’ll play a key role in our growing team, supporting our diverse clients with their line maintenance needs. If you're looking to make an impact and grow in a dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you!

• Oversee, and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure aircraft are serviceable, meeting operational requirements and adhering to Transport Canada and client airworthiness standards.
• Plan, manage, and supervise the execution of aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively to handle the assigned workload.
• Document delays, incidents, accidents, and other maintenance-related communications.
• Consult with client Maintenance Operations Control (MOC), System Operations Control, and Operations Managers, regarding incoming maintenance issues and aircraft faults.
• Engage with Flight Operations at departure gates to discuss aircraft serviceability, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance to uphold operational readiness.
• Maintain clear communication with all ramp maintenance personnel.
• Manage base inventory and liaison with main headquarters stores department for material requests and tooling.
• Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of aircraft maintenance activities.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance (PRM)

• Must have a valid Transport Canada AME M2 license and Transport Canada approved endorsements:
  B777 endorsement mandatory, A350 and A320 is strongly preferred
• Must have a valid RAIC, DA, and AVOP for YHZ or must be able to successfully obtain these clearances
• FAA A&P license strongly preferred
• Previous AME Lead/Supervisor experience required.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must be able to reliably commute to work location and/or be willing to re-locate
