Redfern Farm Services in Brandon is hiring Seasonal Class 1 and Class 3 Drivers with Air Endorsement. Play a crucial role in agricultural operations during peak seasons with this hands-on driving position.

You will need a minimum Class 3 driver’s license with Air Brake Endorsement, a flexible working schedule, and a mechanical background preferably from farming. Daily duties include short-haul to transport products and assisting with various yard maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport liquid fertilizer, NH3, and crop protection

• Assist with yard maintenance and organization

• Complete minor repairs on yard infrastructure

• Support operations with different duties

• Comply with safety policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Class 3 license with Air Brake Endorsement

• Mechanically inclined, farm background preferred

• Flexible for peak season hours

• Self-motivated, team-oriented

• Willing to learn safe handling of hazardous materials
