Collaborating effectively with teams across logistics, sales, and accounting is essential for ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and schedule customer delivery orders.

• Resolve delivery issues to maintain schedules.

• Provide night and weekend coverage as necessary.

• Assist in scale house operations and ticket management.

• Maintain accurate customer data in logistics software.

Requirements:

• Dispatch experience or related customer service skills.

• Experience in construction material delivery logistics.

• Ability to coordinate timely deliveries in dynamic settings.

• Knowledge of scale house and ticketing protocols.
