Location: North Central Alberta (Slave Lake)

Join Ledcor Highways Ltd. as a Year-Round Road Operator with a Class 1 or 3 license in Fox Creek, AB. This position involves outdoor highway maintenance in all weather conditions.

We seek passionate and team-oriented operators to ensure safe roadways year-round. Responsibilities encompass heavy equipment operation, seasonal tasks, and proactive maintenance duties. Be ready for shift and on-call work while contributing to Alberta's road safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with snowplow trucks and heavy equipment regularly

• Conduct year-round maintenance on Alberta Provincial Highways

• Assist in labor tasks like pothole and crack sealing

• Perform duties outdoors in variable weather challenges

• Adhere to safety protocols and drug testing requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license with air endorsement

• Clear driving abstract for the past three years

• Prior experience with snowplows and loaders is beneficial

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and performing physically demanding tasks

• Flexibility for shifts, on-call and night work
