Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain driver schedules with clear communication

• Schedule customer orders in the TMW system effectively

• Dispatch loads, sharing shift plans and route information

• Confirm deliveries and escalate issues to management

• Monitor safety and performance metrics for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in logistics or related field

• 2+ years in transportation or logistics, dispatch experience preferred

• Familiarity with ELD systems and TMW software

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills
