Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated  Tow Truck Driver  to join our team in  La Prairie, QC , from Sunday to Saturday, between  8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. , with  every other weekend required . You will play a key role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be responsible for:

Safely transporting customer vehicles from the pick-up location to the branch.

Maintaining accurate towing records, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions.

Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure proper operation.

Completing general labour tasks, which may include vehicle depollution, tire removal, and other related duties.
Communicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate towing activities.

Providing excellent customer service to our customers!

Qualifications
To join our team:

Valid Class 5 driver's licence in good standing;

Good driving record;

Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures;

Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tow truck in various road and weather conditions;

Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
