Recycling Yard Heavy Equipment Operator

Support efficient recycling yard traffic at Interpro Prairie Recycling Inc. through safe heavy equipment operation and coordinated material handling.
This Equipment Operator works with scale operators, office staff, and yard personnel to minimize congestion and maintain smooth customer unloading. Duties include operating motorized equipment, checking fluids, loading trucks, unloading trailers, sorting metals, and documenting work. The position requires recent experience, safety awareness, and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate material movement with scale and yard personnel
Operate equipment supporting essential yard activities
Check equipment fluids and perform preventative maintenance
Clean trailers after unloading excess ferrous material
Keep accurate operational logs as supervision requires
Requirements:
One year heavy motorized equipment experience within three years
Completed high school or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of recycling yard operations
Reliable transportation because city transit cannot access the site
Use dependable equipment operation, maintenance, and coordination skills to keep Interpro Prairie Recycling Inc.'s yard moving safely.
