As a Picker/Packer you'll be on the front lines of our operation-picking, packing, and preparing orders that keep the warehouse moving. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help ensure orders go out right and on time, every time. This is a role where your work truly makes a difference each day.

Pay Rate: $ 20.05/hour
Location: Debert, NS
Schedule: Full-time | Temporary
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Select customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems
Accurately pick products by item number, description, and quantity
Stack, wrap, and label pallets or cartons according to company standards
Transport completed orders to staging or shipping areas
Inspect products for damage or quality issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance standards
Communicate shortages, damages, or errors to supervisors

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is considered an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures
Physical ability to lift, carry, and move products as required
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Must be able to work a variable schedule, including shifts from Monday to Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
