Position: General Labour Position with Emterra Group

Contribute to Emterra Group's mission as a General Labourer, supporting vital recycling processes in a growth-driven environment. This role focuses on safety and effective sorting of materials.

In this General Labour position, your focus will be on supporting the recycling operations at Emterra Group. You will undertake responsibilities related to sorting materials, ensuring the workspace is clean and safe, and complying with all company policies. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will start supporting a new contract in July 2026, making it key to our evolving projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely sort materials and perform contaminant removal

• Clean and maintain workspace in accordance with policies

• Utilize PPE as required throughout all tasks

• Communicate any system issues to your Supervisor

• Perform plant equipment cleaning and housekeeping duties

Requirements:

• Must lift items weighing up to 25 lbs

• Forklift operation experience is an asset

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Capability to work in variable weather conditions

• Reliable and punctual with a team-focused mindset
