At Rentco Equipment Ltd., we are searching for a Lead Yard Hand for our Peace River branch. Candidates will possess previous lead hand experience and excel in time management, organization, and customer service. The position requires training Yard Hands, leading yard projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean and efficient yard environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete yard duties and organize equipment

• Lead preparation and execution of rental equipment

• Ensure secure loading and unloading of equipment

• Train staff on yard processes and equipment maintenance

• Address escalated customer concerns and provide solutions

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a lead hand

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Capable of lifting heavy objects over 50 lbs.

• Able to work in various weather conditions
