Fort St. John Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Northern British Columbia (Fort Nelson)

Take the lead as an Inventory Control Specialist at Tenaris in Fort St. John, British Columbia. Manage warehouse stock and optimize inventory systems with expert precision in this vital supply chain role.

As the Inventory Controller, your responsibility will be to ensure real-time inventory accuracy using SAP and PCD for over 300 types of inventory items. You'll collaborate with yard personnel and drivers, leveraging your strong organizational skills while complying with relevant health and safety practices. This role blends office work with short outdoor tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock preservation

• Coordinate monthly inventory counts and reconciliations

• Handle inventory discrepancies and propose solutions

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment standards

• Protect facilities and equipment assigned to the area

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant inventory control experience

• Warehouse Management experience preferred

• Proficiency in SAP and inventory management systems

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills required

• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
