Position: Full Time Night Warehouse Supervisor Role
Location: Central Saanich

B&C Food Solutions is hiring a Night Warehouse Supervisor in Western Canada to lead night operations and ensure safety regulations are met. This full-time permanent position offers growth opportunities.

As a key leader, you will oversee daily warehouse tasks and ensure employees comply with CFIA and HACCP policies. Your supervisory experience will help train and develop new team members while maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires both strong leadership and organizational skills within the fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and assign daily warehousing tasks

• Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed

• Train and mentor employees during assigned shifts

• Maintain accurate logs and reports

• Troubleshoot equipment issues effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years in warehouse operations

• 1+ year of leadership experience

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Forklift certification is an asset

• Capable of handling physical responsibilities
