About

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations. This is a working leadership role where approximately 90 percent of your time will be spent on the warehouse floor supporting your team while ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution. The successful candidate enjoys leading by example, staying organized, and helping their team succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations.
  • Lead a team of 4 to 5 employees during the week and 3 to 4 employees on weekends.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and product distribution.
  • Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
  • Ensure materials are available to support production and field operations.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Support planning and scheduling of warehouse activities.
  • Operate forklifts as required.
  • Operate a skid steer when needed, if qualified.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse leadership or team lead experience.
  • Experience supervising small teams.
  • Valid forklift certification with practical operating experience.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Shipping, receiving, and inventory management experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced industrial environment.
  • Skid steer experience is considered an asset.
