The Mosaic Company is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, to manage significant inventory and support operational efficiency. Embrace a role focused on safe logistics and team leadership.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee warehouse operations and manage a substantial inventory valued between $12M and $17M. Your two-plus years of experience in inventory management and purchasing, along with SAP proficiency, will ensure that operations run smoothly. You will work closely with maintenance teams and coach your staff towards best practices in safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse operations and guarantee safety compliance

• Manage all aspects of SAP purchasing and inventory tracking

• Partner with maintenance teams for efficient parts availability

• Implement safety and organizational procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse supervision or management

• SAP expertise in purchasing and inventory

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
