This position involves directly supervising 20+ employees in a focused manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for reviewing appointments, managing workloads, and tracking productivity while ensuring safety protocols are observed. This role is critical for maintaining efficient operations and improving procedures continuously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess reports to plan daily work activities

• Allocate schedules based on performance needs

• Enforce safety and operational procedures effectively

• Mentor staff on correct item handling and equipment use

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required
