Hotel Receiving Clerk Millcroft Inn

Location: Niagara Regional Municipality (Fonthill)

Use warehouse receiving and computer skills as a Receiver at Millcroft Inn & Spa, ensuring deliveries meet purchase orders accurately. Work with property departments to move goods where needed.
This Receiver position supports Lais Hotel Properties Limited at Millcroft Inn & Spa. You will receive, inspect, put away, and rotate products while completing daily paperwork in a computerized system. The work involves purchasing, accounts payable, kitchen, and operations coordination. Product quality, storage organization, and delivery follow-up are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive products and compare quantities against purchase orders
Inspect shipments and escalate specification concerns
Move goods to correct departmental locations
Maintain back-order files and follow up on supplies
Clean storage areas and complete daily paperwork
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent experience
Three to five years warehouse experience preferred
Good computer skills and aptitude for figures
Health and safety training required
Ability to lift over 90 pounds regularly
