Position: Distribution Centre Manager Niagara-on-the-Lake
Location: Niagara Regional Municipality (Fonthill)

Lead distribution operations onsite in Niagara-on-the-Lake, using warehouse management and operational excellence to support healthcare customers. Guide people, performance and process daily.
Henry Schein Canada seeks a Distribution Centre Manager to oversee its Niagara-on-the-Lake operation. You will lead two DC Supervisors and Facilities/Maintenance while managing fulfillment, inventory, productivity and safety. The role also emphasizes regulatory compliance, customer service and continuous improvement across a high-volume distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily Distribution Centre performance across safety, quality and productivity
Develop two DC Supervisors and Facilities/Maintenance leadership
Manage picking, packing, shipping, transportation, returns and inventory
Use performance data to improve labour, workflow and costs
Champion compliance, process improvement and customer service
Requirements:
Five-plus years of warehouse management experience in distribution or operations
At least three years of supervisory leadership experience or equivalent
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related discipline
Knowledge of warehouse operations, ISO standards and regulated processes
Microsoft Office, intermediate to advanced Excel and warehouse systems proficiency
