Wildfire Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Location: High Level

Lead wildfire warehouse operations in High Level, Alberta, managing inventory, equipment, procurement, and logistical support for Forest Operations activities.
The Alberta Public Service seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for the Ministry of Forestry and Parks. Reporting to the Wildfire Operations Officer, you will oversee materials, supplies, equipment, and mobile assets supporting pre-suppression and suppression activities. This permanent, full-time position works 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise inventory distribution, tracking, control, and disposal
Maintain accurate inventory and provincial-standard equipment records
Coordinate wildfire equipment acquisition, returns, and maintenance
Manage ATVs, fleet activities, and short-term rentals
Provide logistical support to Incident Command Teams
Requirements:
High school diploma and three years of related experience
Class 5 Driver’s Licence
Standard First Aid certification
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely
Willingness to travel throughout the area and province
Support Alberta Wildfire through warehouse supervision, inventory control, equipment maintenance, procurement, and operational logistics in High Level.
