* As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will drive the successful installation and management of all on-site mechanical systems

Mechanical Supervisor Responsibilities:

* Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery against a fast-track schedule.

* Champion a culture of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence, developing and enforcing the site-specific plan.

* Manage, train, and induct site staff, coordinate subcontractors, and collaborate closely with Project and Contract Managers on technical and commercial contracts.

* Develop feasible mechanical schedules, manage documentation, and safeguard adherence to the established build sequence.

Mechanical Supervisor Requirements:

* Minimum 3+ years of management experience overseeing significant Mechanical packages.

* Proven experience in a Data Centre environment or similar large-scale, critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
