Your Role as Electrical Supervisor:
 
* Oversee sub-contractor activities, ensuring schedules and manpower targets are met.
 
* Assign tasks in line with construction schedules and ensure top-tier productivity.
 
* Coordinate material deliveries and maintain a detailed project photographic diary.
 
* Lead coordination and handover meetings with teams and stakeholders.
 
* Monitor attendance, performance, and overall personnel productivity.
 
* Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with quality codes.
 
* Provide technical support and guidance to ensure flawless electrical installations.
 
* Liaise with engineering teams to meet project standards and timelines.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
 
* A trade background or degree qualification with 3–7 years of experience supervising large installation crews and subcontractors.
 
* A proven track record in managing large-scale electrical installation projects.
 
* Strong technical expertise in electrical systems.
