Night Shift Engineer
Canary Wharf
£59,000
This is a standout position for an Electrical Night Shift Engineer to join our client's commercial maintenance team in Canary Wharf, East London! Our client offers an excellent package including a generous salary, private pension of up to 15%, private health care, dental care, parking on site and other benefits!
You'll be tasked with completing Planned Preventive (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, manage your own workload, actively fault find / troubleshoot, isolate systems, update site logbooks, raise jobs through the PDA system and ensure all M&E systems are working efficiently.
Electrical Night Shift Engineer Duties:
Perform PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
Work with Single & Three Phase Power systems, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps, and BMS
Safely isolate plant and systems when required
Ensure all repairs and corrective works meet current regulations and standards
Promote and adhere to safe working practices and procedures
Maintain accurate records, including RAMS and logbooks
Manage tasks via PDA system – raising and closing jobs as needed Electrical Night Shift Engineer Requirements:
Fully qualified in electrical engineering or installations (City & Guilds, EAL, NVQ or equivalent/higher)
Minimum of 3 years’ commercial maintenance experience
Strong understanding of commercial M&E plant and systems
Must live within commutable distance to Canary Wharf
