The Role
 
As the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll:
 
Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, and water treatment systems.
Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks to meet contract SLAs.
Manage risk assessments, permits to work, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate closely with customers and subcontractors to enhance service delivery.
Utilise CAFM systems for task management and technical support for chargeable work.  You
 
To be successful in the role of Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll bring:
 
Time-served electrical tradesman with relevant certifications (C&G BS 7671, HVAP desirable).

Experience with mechanical systems and strong health & safety knowledge (IOSH Managing Safely preferred).
Proficiency in CAFM systems and mobile tools.
Reliable, confident personality with excellent problem-solving skills.
