Our Client a rapidly growing wealth management practice estabished over 20 years ago are currently seeking both experienced and trainee financial advisors (Minimum Level 4 Diploma Qualified).
Based in Canary Wharf our client offer hybrid working and (if trainee level) a comprehensive training programme delivered by their advisor development director.
Our client are seeking advisors who are looking to join a business on a self employed basis.
The business offers an excellent commission and bonus structure and access to a high volume of inboud prospects/leads weekly.
Duties
As a Financial Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, develop strategic plans, and provide ongoing advice across a range of financial products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven advisor to join a supportive team, with strong potential for business development and earnings growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted financial advisor.
* Conduct financial reviews, assess risk, and provide tailored advice on investments, pensions, protection, and estate planning.
* Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive client engagement.
* Stay fully compliant with FCA regulations and internal policies.
* Keep up-to-date with market trends, investment strategies, and product knowledge.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
* Qualifications:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) mandatory. Advanced qualifications (CFP, Chartered Status) desirable.
* Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a financial advisor within the UK financial services sector. Proven track record in delivering advice, growing client portfolios, and generating revenue.
* Skills:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Client-focused with excellent relationship management skills
* Commercial awareness and business development capability
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
* IT literate; proficient in financial planning software
