Senior Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner Are you a seasoned mortgage professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding role? We are seeking a Senior Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner to a growing HNW brokerage in Oxfordshire. This is a great opportunity for someone who is CeMAP qualified and eager to leverage their expertise in a pivotal role. Whether youre an experienced Mortgage Administrator with aspirations to become a broker or a former Mortgage Broker looking to utilise their experience without the pressure of targets, this role is tailored for you.
As a Senior Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting the mortgage process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting in-depth research to source the most suitable mortgage products for clients. Managing client onboarding and ensuring a seamless experience. Taking applications to the Decision in Principle (DIP) stage. Collaborating with the administration team, who will handle cases through to completion. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends. Providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Experience required:
CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) essential. Proven experience as a Senior Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Paraplanner or Mortgage Broker. Strong understanding of mortgage products and the application process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive and client-focused approach to work. Up to £40,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses. Free car parking and benefits.
