Position: Performance Manager

Commercially minded BI Performance Manager required by our client an online international education provider, to help shape the future of our clients educational workplace and online proposition a growing portfolio of digital and workplace-focused English learning and assessment solutions used by individuals and organisations around the world. The role offers the opportunity for hybrid working with 2-3 days a week required in their London office in a really welcoming and positive working environment.

Our client offers a competitive salary and package which includes:

Stratford, London, you will be required to work in the office up to 3 days a week Excellent work/life balance opportunity in collaborative working environment Performance Manager Work Experience and Qualifications Minimum/essential Experience in BI, data analysis or performance analysis. Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience with reporting or visualisation. Experience developing, tracking or interpreting metrics for digital products, services or customer journeys.

Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Good understanding of data privacy and security principles. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with GA4 and other digital analytics tools. Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. This role will suit a commercially minded Data Analyst looking for a high-impact role and loves using data to answer big business questions:
