Mechanical Project Manager - Small Works (Financial & Commercial Clients)

£70,000-£80,000 + Paid Travel + Multiple Bonus Schemes
Group Metropolitan are looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of small works mechanical projects within financial and blue-chip commercial client environments across Canary Wharf and the City of London.
This is a client-facing role, focused on managing and coordinating the delivery of multiple projects rather than being tied to a single site. Mechanical package values will typically range from £50,000-£300,000, with each project supported by an established on-site delivery team.

The Role
 
Managing multiple mechanical small works projects concurrently
Acting as the main point of contact for blue-chip financial and commercial clients
Overseeing delivery from instruction through to completion and handover
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
Managing programme, cost control, variations and reporting
Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying repeat work opportunities  Project Environment
 
Financial institutions and corporate client spaces
Live commercial environments
High expectations around quality, programme and stakeholder management  Requirements
 
Strong mechanical building services background
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in client-facing roles within live environments
Strong organisational, communication and commercial skills

Experience with in financial, commercial or similar critical environments preferred  What's on Offer
